Download the Kaya Homes mobile app or visit our website, click "Sign Up," and follow the registration process. You'll need to provide your email, create a password, and verify your email address.
When viewing a property listing, click the "Contact Agent" button to send a message directly through our secure messaging system. The agent will receive your inquiry and respond via the app.
Property listings are managed by verified agents and property managers. If you're a property owner, contact us at support@kaya.homes to connect with an agent or learn about becoming a verified property manager.
Once your lease is set up in the system, you can view your rent payments in the Tenant Dashboard. Click on a pending payment to initiate payment via M-Pesa or other available payment methods.
